Greek Yoghurt dip

Back from a lovely Greek holiday, this is an easy way to transport you right back to that fresh sea breeze… if only in your mind.


  • 2 cups Greek yoghurt
  • a dash of pesto
  • a few sundries tomatoes cut into slices
  • a sprinkle of pine nuts
  • basil, for garnish
  • olive oil
  • Pita crackers, to serve


  1. Spread the Greek yoghurt in a thin layer over a plate.
  2. Add a layer of pesto on top of the yoghurt, then garnish with sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, basil, and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Serve with pita crackers.
