Feta Dip with cucumber

Perfect for a summer cocktail this refreshing dip will transport you straight onto the island of Mykonos… if only in your thoughts!


  • 1 lb. feta, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cucumber, sliced


  1. In a food processor, puree feta, whole milk, and honey. Fold in fresh dill, lemon zest, and pepper. 
  2. Serve with sliced cucumber.
