Strawberry Mango Yoghurt Cup

What to do with those few squished strawberries?  Only have a tiny portion of mango which won’t stretch for all? Try this healthy after school snack that the kids will love.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 250 grams finely chopped strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate juice
  • 100 grams diced mangos
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
  • 125 grams blueberries
  • 100 grams vanilla yoghurt (organic)
  • 2 teaspoons mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)


1.) Mix the chopped strawberries with the pomegranate juice.
2.) Spritz the mango cubes with the lime juice.
3.) Using two tumblers or glasses, layer the ingredients: strawberry, mango, blueberries, yogurt and, finally, the seeds.
