This typical Spanish recipe was given to me by an English friend who calls Spain her home. Nothing beats a properly cooked tortilla. Except maybe Jamon Iberico de Bellota! 😉 You can also add spinach, ham, peppers or whatever takes your fancy. Que aproveche!
